FORTNITE ACCOUNTS being held hostage by sony!!!!!!!(Fortnite Switch)

Sony apparently is holding Fortnite accounts hostage. Meaning that if you have a ps4 and want to play on the switch you must make another account to play on it and buy your battle pass again and grind for all your stuff. So no skins transfer, if you play on a ps4 the account is only valid on a ps4.
