Freeman makes magistrates abandon court by demanding their common law oaths , which they can't give

Freeman dismisses case after magistrates fail to apply duristiction. The freeman stands on common law and asks for the magistrates oaths, they can not give their common law oaths (law of the land) as they are trying the freeman for council tax (commercial law or law of the sea) which requires consent as it it is a staute and not a law.
The police are called to the court and have to comply to the freemans requests as the freeman becomes the highest authority when the magistrates abandon the court.
