A dead mans hand - it fits criteria like a glove <see what I did there (I definitely answered this, just not within your cookie cutter
A keyboard - it has both space bar and enter keys on them. only issue with this riddle is there are locks CAPS, #, Scroll etc. However I couldn't think of an alt. answer.
A shadow - being that a shadow can only be present by obstructing rays of light and will vanish the second light hits it.
Pt. 2 - However, an alternate answer could be the (position or location) of an atom. When photons "light" come in contact with an atom its position is then altered. This would meet the criteria and by rules of engagement, would not be considered wrong.
