April showers bring May flowers, but April snow brings shocked tulips and shivering bluebells

White Snow with Winter-Red Flowers usually means poinsettias, not tulips!

Easter eggs

The white stuff is accumulating today,

April showers bring May flowers;
April snow brings shocked tulips, shivering bluebells

And we are watching in wonder and awe.

The groundhog misled us!

Only six more weeks of winter, we heard on February 2!

Oh my! Jeff was held up from returning from Boston and is in a hotel in Chicago sleeping now due to snow in Chicago. So much for his overnight work trip! Stay warm. Poor Beautiful flowers.

Chicago got hit with the white stuff!! No time of year is safe to travel anymore - weather is too unpredictable - but at least he's safe. And thanks for reading and commenting. :)
