What can be done
when the steps tremble?
doubt creeps in
when the horizon seems on sight

but you may get a sparkle
a torchlight that grows
at the speed of a heartbeat
a cadenza of ignited joy

then something is felt
a transmutation from muscle to storm
and every hole is whole again
and all doubts are hallowed then forgotten

you got a sparkle
grown from glow to sun
and your path is that
of abridged worlds.
