The vine of a sturdy red grape is slowly making it's way into the fence. A fence that was white washed by the able farmer from the southern part of the village. The farmer thought it was such a big help for him to have some kind of vine creeping around the fence, onto the top of the trellis and around the window of his small hut. The goats will have some shade during the hot summer while spending their lazy time grazing. The squirrels will have some vines to hang on when they play in the early morning. The farmer's wife will finally have some shades to protect her kitchen from the stark hot sun in the afternoon.
That is that this humble farmer is thinking about when he saw this red grape vine early this morning. It had been there for a long time now but it is only today that the farmer had noticed it. Some blossoms are also starting to sprout from those tiny young leaves and buds of the said grape. With his straw hat on the farmer proceed to walk to the nearby market and bought a sack of fertilizer for the grape. He could not wait for the blossoms to turn into sweet little red globes.
It is almost midnight and I just had a few red grapes for my midnight snack just before I wrote this freewrite. I got nothing to write about no prompt and I chose the grapes to be my subject for today. Hope you guys had a good day today. See you again tomorrow.
