Good Saturday morning lovely Steemians and freewriters around the world! It's weekend and hoping you all have wonderful and blessed weekend. This time, I gotta prepare to share my freewrite, and the prompt for today is plaid.
I am walking uptown with my plaid polo shirt and beanie,
As I walked down the side walk, I was mistaken to be someone else,
This girl came to mistakenly identified me as her sweetheart,
I explained it wasn't me yet she insisted that it's me,
I am confused, she's been shouting how much she loved me,
I smiled as I saw someone walking and coming closer,
The girl was shocked, she's speechless,
She was embarrassed upon seeing tha guy coming,
The guy is my twin brother, giving a laugh and smile,
She never knew my brother has a twin,
But I was glad I knew how much she loves my brother,
They left with the girl apologizing to me,
Yet she felt embarrassed seeing people looking at her.
It happened because I have a twin brother and that we both worn our plaid shirts and beanies.
This mini-story written in five minutes is a fictionalized story of a guy who has a twin brother, and was mistakenly to be someone by a girl. It's funny but what if it happens to you? You can share if you experienced such.

This happened to me at the gym. I would chat with this girl. Some days she would say hello, but act like she didn't know me. One day I saw them working out together and I realized I had been chatting with a twin.
