I think the biggest flaw the users of this platform have is not believing in new comers.
I see you people saying 200% of the time "believe in the platform, invest in it!" How come, when all you do is ignore new comers comments and flush their posts down to the sink by buying votes and getting other meaningless post to trending
I'm not speaking out of hate nor anger, i'm stating facts, I have been here for a short while and I've noticed a lot of things. I know you're going to say " well, we had to work hard too in order to get where we are." the thing is, as red fishes or minnows no matter how hard we work we will never get noticed for the simple fact that you don't give minnows the attention they need, in other words, you're taking away theirs chance to shine and make an impact on the platform.
This is a wake up call for whoever it may concern, stop pouring more water into the ocean there are people out there with real talent, working hard on every post to make it out, give them a chance.

While I totally understand what you are feeling, my explanation of this goes like this:
We have 35 whales, 250ish orcas, 1700ish dolphins, 8880 minnows and 100k+ Redfish.
We have 10-40 votes a day, depending on vote weight...
Those of you who are feeling ignored, have the expectation you will get noticed by the bigger accounts ... It is mathematically impossible for the handful of us who are manually curating to notice all of you.
I joined in August 2016, I made 95 posts that didn't earn anything, not in a row.. but you get the idea. I slowly built my account, my stake and my following... A small group of us networked and we still do.. Anyway, I hope that sheds some light on the difficult phase we are in.

well.. even minnows like me are trying to give it their best to help everyone out there... we are slowly trying to change that as a whole.. but I get where you are coming from Rawouf .. just try to keep the positive attitude around here and you will be fine ;)
