Day-601-5-minute-freewrite-thursday-prompt-tax: Tax and Samin Community

The Samin community is a very traditional society. They live independently with very strong unity. This family nature is very tightly held by them. however, they are classified as people who do not know tax. They will not want to pay because they will remember the colonial era. Their ancestors in the colonial period resisted by not wanting to pay taxes. This character continues to be passed on to their descendants so that when independence from the occupiers has succeeded they still feel hard to pay taxes.
Then the tax officials looked for ways to get the public to pay taxes.
Finally, the tax officers were given knowledge about the nature of the Samin community citizenship. People who help each other do work.
So they use an approach.
They said that the government was developing in various fields. The Samin community was asked to question development with donations. The value of this contribution is determined based on property ownership both home and land. In this way they want to pay taxes
