As they say, pasta is taken to prolong life. Still, it's carbs thus makes me fat, omits the main purpose. I love pasta as much as I love eating. Even if it's not sweet sometimes, a bland taste is still the taste I'm always looking work. Pasta is cooked with care. If it is overcooked, it disrupts the whole presentation. I grew up with pasta on birthdays and special gatherings. When my friends are around, I often cook pasta for them. My favorites are spaghetti and carbonara. I do like cooking but I have to learn more about it.
