#freewriting - The fight for right

Heretics, pagans, witches, all words giving me an unpleasant feeling.
Always used by (a group of) people who can not stand those who do not blindly believe what is told. The ones who question, believe in something different.
Scolding makes them believe they are a better race. I wonder why. Who says that their religion is the only right one? What makes people think they are a better as others? What prove they have?
What makes one think a church is needed? A priest is?

Believing is a feeling, are mixed feelings, and... a life style.
One that hopefully gives a good and save feeling, brings happiness, positive energy which will be sent into the world.
It is something personal and can be shared with others. Can be shared, not forced upon the throat with violence.

The Catholic church labelled many people as heretics or... witches.
Mainly people who turned against it (its power) or were not willing to give up their own religion. No need to tell how the church solved its problem. By now we all know what they did. How the church and Vatican city became that rich.

Nowadays most of us are heretics.
It can be because of (lack of the right) religion or disagreeing with the policy of the country.

One part of the world is fighting its religion wars, killing, raping, molesting... the other part is fighting against the policymakers who do not care about the human rights of their own people.
One group is wearing bomb jackets the other yellow vests.
It depends on where you live and your local news if you ever hear about what these "nonbelievers" are really standing for. Only one thing is clear: they fight for what they believe is right.
