Für beide Artikel sind nun die Auszahlungen erfolgt. Und da vor allem jene, die an Steem bislang nicht beteiligt sind, fragen, was das hier alles bedeutet, mag ich es zeigen.

Payments have now been received for both articles. And since those of you, especially those who are not involved in Steem so far, are asking what all this means, I want to show it.

Vorweg notiert sei, dass die Auszahlungen meines Wissens inflationär geschöpft werden. Die Auszahlungen erweitern also das verfügbare Volumen. Dem entgegen wird auch Volumen "verbrannt" (Deflation), was wiederum eine andere Geschichte ist. Die inflationäre Schöpfung jedenfalls dürfte mit ein Grund dafür sein, dass der Handelswert fällt, während die Nachfrage derzeit noch immer nicht ausreicht, um der Inflation entgegenzuwirken. Dies wiederum erleichtert den Einstieg. Gefährdet jedoch auch den Betrieb. Denn wenn sich Investitionen nicht auszahlen, ist diese Blockchain für viele nicht mehr als ein Hobby. Doch ich will sagen: Ein lohnenswertes Hobby, denn wie lernt man besser den unaufhaltsamen Trend zur Dezentralisierung, als ernsthaft damit zu spielen!?

First of all, it should be noted that, as far as I know, the payouts are being created through inflation. The payouts therefore increase the available volume. In contrast, volume is also "burned" (deflation), which is another story. In any case, inflationary creation is probably one of the reasons why the value of trade is falling, while demand is still insufficient to counteract inflation. This in turn makes it easier to get started. However, it also puts operations at risk. After all, if investments do not pay off, this Blockchain is nothing more than a hobby for many. But let me say: a worthwhile hobby, because what better way to learn about the unstoppable trend towards decentralisation than to seriously play with it!?

Und ich will auch vorweg anmerken, welch enormer Aufwand all das hier ist - einschließlich der Forderung seitens der Behördenfunktionäre und ihrer Lakeien - und dass sich jeder einzelne von uns ja selbst mal überlegen kann, warum sie oder er sich daran beteiligt. Um Geld kann es dabei ja wohl nicht gehen, oder?!

And I would also like to say in advance what an enormous effort all this is - including the demands made by the functionaries of the authorities and their lackeys - and that each and every one of us can consider for ourselves why he or she is participating in it. It cannot be about money, can it?!

Das sind also umgerechnet $ 0,70 + $ 0,49 = $ 1,19 die ich als Autor erhalte. Tatsächlich bekomme ich jedoch weder US-Dollar (USD) noch Steem-Dollar (SBD) sondern STEEM und SteemPower. Und diese sind als Zahlungseingang in meiner Wallet notiert, wie im folgenden Bild zu sehen.

That is the equivalent of $ 0.70 + $ 0.49 = $ 1.19 which I receive as an author. In fact I get neither US Dollar (USD) nor Steem Dollar (SBD) but STEEM and SteemPower. And these are listed as incoming payments in my wallet, as you can see in the following picture.

Dieser Kurs dürfte jedoch den einen oder anderen verwundern, da er besser aussieht, als er tatsächlich ist. Wie sagt man so schön: Der Laie staunt, der Fachmann wundert sich (nicht). Denn die Entwickler des Steemit-Frontend haben sich offenbar dazu entschlossen, das Währungssymbol $, das üblicherweise für USD (US-Dollar) steht, als Symbol für SBD (Steem Backed Dollar) zu verwenden. Und das ist gar nicht außergewöhnlich, denn dieses Symbol wird ja auch für CAD (Canadian Dollar), AUD (Australien Dollar) und unzählige weitere Währungen verwendet (siehe Wikipedia - darunter gar die Abkürzung SBD für Solomon Islands Dollar).

However, this course is likely to surprise some people, as it looks better than it actually is. As the saying goes: The layman is amazed, the expert is (not) surprised. This is because the developers of the Steemit frontend apparently decided to use the currency symbol $, which usually stands for USD (US Dollar), as a symbol for SBD (Steem Backed Dollar). And that's not unusual at all, because this symbol is also used for CAD (Canadian Dollar), AUD (Australian Dollar) and countless other currencies (see Wikipedia - including the abbreviation SBD for Solomon Islands Dollar).

Eine verlässliche Quelle, um den errechneten Kurs zu prüfen, ist einer der Steem-internen Handelsplätze.

A reliable source to check the calculated price is one of Steem's internal trading places.

Hier ist eben jener Preis zu sehen, wobei an der Position des Mauszeigers neben dem $ Symbol auch die Währungsabkürzung genannt ist. Hier ist auch zu sehen, inwiefern Wechselkurse immer auch schwanken, und zwar nicht, weil etwa Preise nicht stabil sind (das gibt es nicht!), sondern weil Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Wertvorstellungen miteinander tauschen, denen jeweils das "Eigentum" des anderen mehr Wert ist, als das eigene.

Here you can see that price, with the currency abbreviation next to the $ symbol at the position of the mouse pointer. Here you can also see to what extent exchange rates always fluctuate, not because prices are not stable (that doesn't exist!), but because people with different values exchange with each other, for whom each other's "property" is worth more than their own.

Im folgenden Bild habe ich vier verschiedene Kursangaben montiert, die Wechselkurse zwischen SBD und USD/EUR zeigen.

In the following picture I have assembled four different exchange ratios, which show exchange rates between SBD and USD/EUR.

Vorgesehen ist eigentlich, dass sich der SBD am USD orientiert. Das ist jedoch entgegen dem Konzept einer stabilisierten Währung derzeit nicht der Fall. Und desto auffälliger ist die Abweichung der Angabe des Auszahlungsbetrags im Vergleich zum USD.

It is actually intended that the SBD should be oriented to the USD. However, contrary to the concept of a stabilized currency, this is not currently the case. And the more apparent is the difference in the declared payout amount compared to the USD.

Derzeitige USD/EUR-Kurse im Verhältnis zu STEEM habe ich zum Vergleich im Folgenden auch montiert.

For comparison, I have also assembled current USD/EUR exchange rates in relation to STEEM below.

Rechnerisch ergeben sich bei 6,006 STEEM * 0,127843 USD demnach also 0,768 USD Auszahlungsbetrag. Oder bei 6,006 STEEM * 0,114068 EUR demnach 0,685 EUR. Ich will jedoch nochmals betonen, dass es um Geld hier nicht geht. Auch habe ich keinerlei klassisches Geld erhalten. Mehr noch geht es um Solidarität wider bürokratischer Normopathie. Und den Aufwand, den alle Beteiligten dabei haben, ist all das nicht wert, wenn es nicht um Leben, Freiheit und Glückseligkeit aller Betroffenen ginge.

Calculated at 6.006 STEEM * 0.127843 USD, this results in a payout amount of 0.768 USD. Or with 6.006 STEEM * 0.114068 EUR, this means 0.685 EUR. However, I want to emphasize again that money is not the issue here. Also I have not received any conventional money. It is even more about solidarity against bureaucratic normopathy. And none of this would be worth the effort that all those involved have put into it if it were not for the lives, liberty and happiness of all people concerned.

Überwiesen an die Behörde, als solidarischen Beitrag zur Aktion, habe ich nun erneut, und zwar insgesamt mehr als die 1,19 Dollar zu Euro 1:1. Und erhalten habe ich 3,002 STEEM und 3,004 STEEM POWER zuzüglich der Auszahlung, die auf diesen und künftige Beiträge folgt.

I have once again deposited to the Authority, as a solidarity contribution to the campaign, a total of more than $1.19 at Euro 1:1, and I have received 3.002 STEEM and 3.004 STEEM POWER plus the payment that follows on this and future posts.

Weiteren solcher Aufrufe sehe ich wohlwollend entgegen. Zentralisierter Zwangsvollzug gehöhrt meines Erachtens der Vergangenheit an. Und solange zahlreiche Ewiggestrigen noch immer nichts besseres einfällt, den eigenen Lebensabend mit behördlicher, ebenso inflationärer Geldschöpfung zu finanzieren, sehe ich dringenden Anlass, diesen Verwerfungen mit angemessener Kreativität zu begegnen.

I look forward to more of these appeals. Centralized enforcement is a thing of the past, in my opinion. And as long as many die-hards still have no better idea than to finance their retirement with magisterial, equally inflationary money creation, I see an urgent need to counter these disruptions with appropriate creativity.
