How do you get a plate of holiday and at the same time a classic German dish on the table? Quite simple: combine both! That's why today there is sausage with potato salad - in Italian! Home-made antipasti, rocket, grated cheese and Italian grilled sausage from Grillido do not miss. And otherwise? Fiber and proteins are found in this recipe en masse. Enjoy your meal!
What you need:
- 240 g Grillido-sausages
- 600 g Potatoes
- 20 g Italian hard cheese
- 12 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 piece zucchini
-1 piece red top paprika - 50 g arugula
- 2 g spice mix
Here's how to do it:
Cut the unshelled potatoes into slices of about 2 cm, spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and mix with olive oil, a little salt, pepper and half of the spice mixture.
Bake potato wedges on the middle rack in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.Cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Cut off the end of the pepper, carefully remove the core and cut the peppers transversely into rings about 2 mm thick.
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the zucchini slices and pepper rings in it for 1 - 2 min.
Season with balsamic vinegar, season with remaining seasoning mixture, salt and pepper and place in a large bowl.
Dust pan with kitchen paper.Slice sausages diagonally into 5 cm long pieces.
In the large pan heat oil again over medium heat and fry sausage pieces in it for 3 - 4 minutes while turning.Put the rocket and sausage pieces to the antipasti cheese in the large bowl and mix well.
Finely grate hard cheese.Remove the potato slices from the oven, add to the rest of the vegetables in the bowl and mix well again.
Spread lukewarm potato salad on a plate, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and enjoy.
