Few days ago, it was a Black Friday in Canada so I went to downtown shopping mall with my sister. There were a lot of people shopping, it was quite busy. My sister wanted to get a new winter jacket since Vancouver got way cold and windy. We were kinda looked through the mall and she got a warm jacket from Zara for a sale price. They were having 30% off promotion for the entire store and the line up to the cashier was crazy with lots of people. We lined up for about 20 minutes or so and we finally made it.
After we finished shopping, we were so hungry and exhausted from walking through the entire day.
We live in Coquitlam so we do not really know well around there, so we googled and tried to find a restaurant.
And we found Freshii which serves healthy food which is energizing. It was the first time visiting Freshii and
my sister and I loved the food. They were so healthy and not greasy at all. The beans and vegetables were all fresh.
As shown the picture below, I usually eat fresh food such as Greek yogurt with little bit of maple syrup, nuts and dried coconuts. This is not too sweet and energetic food :) This is great for people on diet as well, it does not contain high calories but it has high protein.
