I started a series of review a while back,
And i will be looking at movies from every genre,
Today we are looking at an inspirational movie,
And that movie is Rocky.
Plot Summary
Rocky Balboa is a boxer failing to make it big time. Despite his talent and his willpower, his friend and coach, Micky, never gave him the help he needed. When Apollo Creed, the Heavyweight World Champion wants to challenge an undercard he chooses Rocky, based on his nickname, 'The Italian Stallion'.With this great opportunity, Rocky trains harder to become the best in order to accomplish his goal and become World Champion.
Personal Thoughts
Even though this movie was made in 1976,
On a low budget it still amazed everyone,
And still does up to this day,
Stallone created the story and he wanted to play the main role,
The studio he offered the story to said the if he doesn't play that role,
They would pay him more,
And he accomplished his dreams.
This movie is among the most inspirational movies ever,
Seeing this undercard grow as a character,
And training to beat Apollo is really great.
Also the music fits in so well and you just feel the emotion,
Overall this movie should be seen by everyone.
