I was looking online today for classic candy and I realized that when they use fruit themes, and make the candy look like real fruits that I enjoy them a lot more. There are so many possibilities with berries of all sorts and cherries, melons and apples even. Gummies add an entire other layer of amazing designs which were innovated by the great candymen of days gone by whose influence still controls the handmade candy world of our times. One day I would love to become an apprentice in this craft because it brings so much joy to so many people.
