A new study says, more sugar-containing beverages, fruit juice, beer and tea are increasing the risk of your kidneys. Meanwhile, cold and fruit juice is its main killer.

Hopkins researcher researched three thousand three African-American men and women who collected data by research. It shows that African-American people are more likely to suffer from kidney disease than people of Caucasians.

The average age of the participants in the survey was 54 years and they did not have any kidney disease. However, after only 8 years of observation, 6 percent of them were diagnosed with kidney disease.

Because of this, researchers have shown that they all liked to drink alcohol (soda) and fruit juice. As a result of this, their smoker's appetite, kidney disease, depression, high blood pressure, diabetes and exercise are inconvenienced.
