Frying pan lasagna

Ingredients
1 kg ground beef
1 onion
700g of tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
300g of lasagna batter into pieces
Parsley, basil and mint minced
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper and olive oil
Instructions

  1. In a frying pan heated with oil, saute the meat for 4 minutes or until it is dry and stained.
  2. Add onion and sauté until tender. Add tomato sauce and water and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Incorporate the batter into the mixture and mix gently. Add the herbs and cover with foil or a lid.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, mixing occasionally until the pasta is cooked.
  5. Add the cheese and bake for gratin * or bake with a lid to melt.
    Notes
  • If your frying pan has plastic handle, I recommend wrapping the handle in plenty of foil before baking it so the plastic does not melt. If the cable is of stainless steel or aluminum it is not necessary to wrap.
