How to Kiss a Girl

I just got a relationship with a girl and find myself struggling a lot . So it was raining when I brought her back to home, stepped of my bike and followed all tips. I found myself being a bit ungentle, because I was a bit in a hurry.... Afterwards I forgot to make a little compliment. So I did it via app, but then she replied I was a bit rough.. I had so much self-confidence and knew that she also had never Kissed any Guy else than me. I don't know.. Is this a reason for me to feel unsure? Please help.
