Info: Nasi goreng pattaya is a kind of fried rice. However, it is served in a completely unusual way. The rice is closed inside in a kind of omelet.
On a large frying pan we pour mixed eggs and when they are lightly fried we put a portion of rice on it. We gently wrap the rice in eggs and turn it over to the other side so that it is completely locked inside.
If you want to get to the food you have to cut a layer of egg, which hides delicious fried rice. In my case, it was prepared with seafood and a mix of hot species. It is delicious!

Arepa is the queen of our breakfasts, and at the same time excellent companion of first courses in lunches and dinners, is faithful companion of our national dishes. They usually eat stuffed with cheese and butter, roasted meat or roast, with ham or with almost anything you can think of. Philippine breakfast is usually the heaviest meal of the day, and this meal platter is the most popular and the all time favorite breakfast of everyone. The Porklong Silog was derived from Pork- the pork itself;
Long - Longganisa or sauge that is locally produce here in the Philippines;
Si - Sinangag or fried rice; and
Log - which means Itlog or Eggs.
Traditionally, the basic platter comes with the tandem of Silog or us we Pinoy called it the Silogs for different variation that comes in the basic platter. Were this meal is just one of them, that is always perfect with a cup of hot brewed coffee and a piece of banana as a dessert, since banana is a tropical fruit and the country produces plenty of this.
This breakfast was composed of fried pork chops marinated in soysauce and some seasoning. The fried longganisa was made from grind pork meat with lots of garlic and a little bit of sweetness. The Itlog cooked as sunny side up. While the Sinangag is a fried rice with toasted garlic and pinch of salt.
The Pinoy loves eating this kind of meal in anytime of the day, thats why there are alot of restaurant and fast food chains that offers the "all day breakfast".
For us, its a heavenly breakfast that will absolutely complete our day! 😋🤗

Iyan and Efo Riro
Ingredients to make Efo Riro
NAME: Iyan and Efo riro soup
COUNTRY: Nigeria(Ondo State)

INFO: Iyan and Efo Riro is a special delicacy in Nigeria which is popular among the yoruba tribe. Iyan is made from yam. After boiling the yam for some minutes, the yam will be pounded with mortal and pistle while the Efo Riro is a soup made with vegetables. As you can see in the picture above showing the ingredients, you have to get your vegetable, pepper, onion, red oil, dry fish, meat and cray fish available.
Put your meat, dry fish and cray fish to a large pot with water and 2 or 3 maggie stock cubes and a little salt. Allow to cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
After that, Get a large pot or pan and add 3 table spoons of Palm oil, allow it to steam and add your grinded pepper. Add your meat and fishes with your vegetables and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Now your Efo Riro is ready together with your Iyan. It is a special meal.

I want to present to you our ”Classic Philippine Breakfast”. It cost about 100.00 Php or 2.00 Usd / 2.40 Steem.
This is the typical table settings of Philippine breakfast at home. Pinoy breakfast are usually dry and fried. You can find on the table, the rice, fried dilis (dilis - tiny dried fish or anchovies), egg sautéed in ripe chopped tomato with onion, garlic, black pepper and salt, fried meatloaf, vinegar dipping with minced garlic and chilli flakes for anchovies, and coffee.
These breakfast is very easy to prepare, all you need to do is to fried almost everything. The rice was supposed to be a fried rice but, I don’t want more grease on my plate thats why I prepared it plain.
The cost of this food was estimated for two persons, it is quite cheap because it was cooked at home.

La Arepa is the classic breakfast of Venezuela, you can accompany it with different ingredients, and that's why it receives many names according to its companion.
In this case I present a Creole breakfast specially prepared for this publication; Arepa with egg rolls, llanero cheese and slices, this is the classic breakfast of Venezuelan homes, some with all the ingredients or less according to their possibilities.
Preparation: in a mold pour the precooked flour in this case harinapan, add water, salt, stir and make small balls that will then flatten until a round shape, place on a griddle or pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, list the arepa, then cook the scrambled eggs in this case, the slices that are bananas, the grated cheese, and butter can not miss.
And serve. Ready to eat, accompanied by a coffee.
