A growth is a eukaryote that summaries sustenance remotely and assimilates supplements specifically through its phone dividers. Most growths duplicate by spores and have a body made out of minuscule tubular cells called hyphae. Parasites are heterotrophs and, similar to creatures, get their carbon and vitality from different life forms. A few organisms get their supplements from a living host and are called biotrophs; others get their supplements from dead plants or creatures and are called saprotrophs. A few growths taint a living host, however, slaughter has cells with a specific end goal to acquire their supplements; these are called necrotrophs.

I like all the different words for describing mushrooms, but my favorite is "toadstool", which I'm happy to see you use here. It's a word that should be used more often, just for the fun of it. I mean, it's a stool.... for toads! How is that not something we talk about all the time?
