Trying to keep my head above water is what today feels like I have no ambition or energy to go anywhere or do anything but as a wife I know I got to clean the house and have meals ready for my man ,mother I know I have to settle example for the kids to get outside and be active and involved in the world around them ,but today is a hard day not sure why but my anxiety is through the roof and it's all I can do to breath and today that's enough..we first set the standard meals and snacks and wakeup/ bedtime routine.morning routine consist of us getting up making sure the bed is somewhat together,getting dressed,using the bathroom,brushing our hair and washing our faces.where as bedtime is washing our face and brushing our teeth ,saying goodnight ,putting on our PJs and climbing into bed with alittle tv time then lights out.This allows us to set the mood for the day, hold ourselves accountable,increase positivity, cognitive function, memory,attention and focus,lower stress and anxiety , priorities our time,boost our bodies and minds energy while reducing the risk of cancer and obesity and overall mental and physical health with fresh air and exercise,and allowing for a better well-rounded sleep cycle.we set the focus for the day so we don't forget what needs to be done today,as well as reminders for our friends birthdays,events and memories,to keep us humble,a small workout (whatever doesn't get done gets added to the next day,because physical health is just as important as mental health) and stuff to do for school and work so we can better utilize our time and money.Doing physical exercise helps us to control our weight, reduce heart disease, maintain a healthy diet, insulin and blood sugar level,improves our mental health,improve brain structure and function as well as strengthens our bones and muscles,this reduces the risk of obesity and risk of cancer,helps in socialization,handeye coordination,balance and regulation of your sleep patterns.We then work on our vocabulary,math, attention and focus,cause and affect as well as motor skills by using a reward based system that teaches the children alternative ways to communicate and do research through video games and
alternate forms of screen time.we follow this up with playing with toys which builds our imagination and creativity as well as story telling skills which help us with our communication and vocabulary and understanding of cause and effect this allows them the ability to engage with others,teaches them math, and problem solving skills ,emotional development,fine and gross motor skills to build their attention and focus,while keeping them engaged and calm,memory,and confidence.finishing up our day with a walk to the park to help us with our attention,focus, imagination, creativity, independence, cognitive function and intellectual development,lower the level of anxiety and stress ,reduce heart disease,clear our arteries,reduce blood pressure and risk of cancer and diebeties while controlling our weight
