Hi Everyone welcome to TRUTH OR DARE. A lot of people wear glasses it's a well known fact that as you grow older your eyes tend to louse focus easier for some people. They say that if your diet consists of a lot of fruit Polyphenols and such they will provide some kind of protection. Myself i admit that tomatoes are a staple in my diet not that i am Italian you might be thinking no but i must have been in a previous life LOL :). I read a lot and i write a lot hence this blog. When i read or write i always take time out every so often some that my eyes can refocus . I think refocusing is very important because it allows the eye muscles to relax and refocus it's very beneficial for you. Eyes are your main source of information so anything that affects them in any way should be taken seriously in order to avoid stressing them. The result of your eyes weakening or being less able to focus clearly will be due cause for a need of glasses to assist you everyday chores. In any case taking care of your vision should be an important daily routine when reading or driving , didn't expect that yes computers and driving have that in common heavy strain on the retinas for prolonged periods something to watch for So do you wear glasses ?
