Hi Everyone welcome to TRUTH OR DARE. The gym yeah you remember that place where you go to sweat a little and work out all your muscles. I have always been a supporter of exercise it is a very important to move, breathe and be active participant in life and for a lot of people who do not it's always an awkward few moments until we get the hang of it. Now you can get a good work out from home you can do at least push ups maybe some sit-ups and a little aerobic exercise if you know any, this is basically why a gym is a good idea you have all the equipment you could ever need along with personnel who will show your how how it's done with a reasonable explanation and maybe some tips but more importantly they can suggest a plan of action specifically tailored for you and your wants or needs. Of course if you prefer you can always outfit your own gym if you have the room for exercise equipment and maybe a few mirrors but you wont have the peer support which can be very helpful to have other people to workout with they can offer you some emotional support and professional help that you will find at a regular gym the choice is yours but if your not trained in what you should know in order to exercise with success i would recommend to start your workouts in a gym and move around your exercise sessions later as you progress and have the knowledge to perform your exercise properly, and always remember to re-hydrate and drink water to maintain proper hydration. All this in the name of good health so when was the last time you been in a gym? Please Enjoy play and leave a reply!

i walk a lot last time i went to the gym had a good workout later on that day got a cramp in my leg, very painful when your outta shape, i have to learn to go slow

Luckly,my husband is my coach and he is bodybuilder...so he knew what training that suitable for me.

of all the places i go the gym definitely has it's own ambiance these sight sounds and smells :)

Yah, I'm doing exercise at gym. Usually with stepper, resistance cycle and treadmill. I must train myself before my third mountain kinabalu climbing.

yeh mostly i used to go gym.. and many people are there who just
dont keep the equipment in the right place after using and some of them dont even clean their sweat from the equipment,,.. i really hate this.. 😠

I have many children so my housework seems like a daily workout. I do have plans to join a gym this week. Pray for me lol. Joy

it has been long and the funny thing is that i am having a pot belly. i need to enter gym ASAP as my wife is complaining bitter

You could try sit-ups every morning and/or Evenings if you are really that busy

I didnt go to the gym since Dec 2017. Too tired to go there. So, the simplest thing to do is joging and do some hiit exercises.

I haven't been to a standard gym all my life but I try to stay fit by playing football twice a week just to burn out calories and stay sharp.
