'It's as if they collected all of the old used tea bags in England, pissed on them, let them dry out for 6 months, then re-bagged them and shipped them to the States.'

Hehe. I'll have to give it a try. As of now, PG is my favorite. You can actually buy it here in the US in a lot of supermarkets now. You'll get a kick out of this, it is sold in the ethnic foods section of the store.

Now if only I could get a hold of some good tiger loaf. Our bread is pretty bad too. I spent a lot of time at Tesco eating eclairs when I was there too haha

ethnic foods lol. well i suppose it comes from india or near there. yeah tiger bread is yummy - must be a bakery that does something similar if you live in a big city?

Well, I couldn't find anything that had quite the same consistency as Tiger bread, so I just learned how to make it myself.

This particular loaf, I didn't put the tiger topping rice flour mixture on, instead I shredded some cheese on top and baked it. The bread is pretty spot on flavor-wise.

that looks pretty close! hope it tastes as delicious :-)

if you want to email me your mailing address, i'll try and send you some yorkshire teabags (if they get past the tsa, nsa, mi5, russian bots etc.) - [email protected]
