Every time you try something new the first split of seconds your senses are receiving all this new data.
Your brain start works like a crazy. Masive/Huge- amount of calculation starts its place . All based on your past to realize what this new thing is like, what this new is for you right now. ..

    Depends a lot on which beer I drink. I usually notice the sweet taste, as I tend to drink Belgian trappist beer like Queue du Charrue, Rochefort 10, Westmalle, Kwak and so on!
