I live in British Columbia, Canada, and we have a NHL hockey team called the Vancouver Canucks.
They are not the most storied, accomplished or legendary National Hockey League team. We aren't even what you would likely call a "winner". Out of 31 NHL teams, 13 have never one the league's championship Lord Stanley's Cup, and sadly my Vancouver Canucks are among those disappointed minority.
Nevertheless, my boys are a lot of fun to watch and I love them.
This year the team has begun what many would call a rebuild, and few, myself included, were expecting anything out of this year. However, the team is performing admirably and it has been on the backs of exciting young talent like our leading scorer, rookie sensation, 20 year old, Right-winger, Brock Boeser.

Without question one man does not make a team, but this young man has put a renewed spark in my, and many fans, hopes.

I like other sports and other teams but the NHL is my favourite, and the Canucks are my team.
