A Dynamic Link Library (DLL) is a collection of small programs that larger programs can load when needed to perform specific tasks. If the DLL files are missing or corrupt, any dependent larger programs cannot be run, libeay32.dll might be blocked by your anti-virus software. Simple fixes provided here. Originally, the introduction of the DLL was supposed to allow efficient organization of memory and disk space, using only one instance of a library module for different applications. This was especially important for early versions of Microsoft Windows with severe memory limitations.
