Sorry guys, but I think I'm gonna pass on this accessories. Totally not my cup of tea, but very creative if you think of it.
I can see the female enhancing device serving a purpose, the world has gone nuts with female self image, so if it give her a confidence boost then I am fine with that, it beats the hell out of surgery. Once the self confidence is gained she can use it less and less often, or go through a step down process to where she can go with out when that confidence is built.
