    Sad but true!

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards

      yes ,but maybe the leader gets what he pays for.if he pays the members will ,they will work will,but if inverse it will still the same situation shown in the picture above.
