Hail all! Glad to announce Steem-Roller.com is back online and operational after a little bit of down time caused by concerns over the security of the private keys of the sites bankroll. While I can't say with 110% certainty that the site is hacker proof as all systems have some exploits that allow for them to be hacked I can say that the owner key has been changed on the @steem-rollerd account which acts as the sits bankroll for both gamblers and investors.
It took me a while longer than expected to get the private key changed around, and while I'm still having issues with changing the posting and active keys the site is now operational given the new owner key. Hopefully we don't see any issues and the site and funds are safe & secured.

While moving funds around and having the site down for a littlew while may have caused some grave concerns and had folks hinting towards an exit scam the truth is the opposite of this type of activity was happening. I'd found that I had some malware on my laptop which had access to files containing the password to the Steem-Roller.com account which in turn tripped me into high alert. Hoping that whomever had gotten this malware onto my PC wouldn't be able to drain the accounts I changed the owner key on the @steem-rollerd. Hopefully this is enough to ensure that funds aren't in danger and that the site development can continue forward.
Sorry once again to the investors and gamblers that were spooked by this. It was done as a precautionary measure to help protect funds of everyone and has shown me that not only is site security important but also personal work station security. I'd moved the funds through my own account and had them on Steem-engine.com for safety reason.. Which ended up in the funds losing 2% due to the 1% deposit and withdraw fee on Steem-engine.com. However with this being said I'm powering down to cover the STEEM lost for transferring like this to make sure no one is out any STEEM. My calculation comes out to 50.647 STEEM that needs to be replaced. This will be done when my powerdown comes out. :)

The new GUI is still very much under developmnent and will likely have some bugs.. It's also in serious need of a mobile friendly revamping so don't be upset when the mobile version is broken as hell. Hopefully will see you on Steem-Roller.com soon folks!
