I thought I would start adding screenshots of some of my early modeling work on up through current. I'll also post screen recordings of what I have gotten done on the programming side another time.
I'll start with models that were created for our first game, "Don't Look Up!", which is available on Android.
"Don't Look Up!" is a top down infinite flyer (not runner because birds don't run) where you control a bird and score points by pooping on people, cars, & other targets. Different power-ups are available to aid in gameplay.
This was my first attempt at modeling a humanoid after going through a few tutorials.
My second attempt went a bit better with a lot of room for improvement. A better tutorial helped this model.
Once I got the idea down of creating a decent model we decided to go with a low poly look for the game's models.
Statue for level decoration
People on a bench for a target
Guy on a inflatable for a target
Since we would also need vehicles for the game, I started trying to model some vehicles, which again needed practice.
We had already decided on a low poly as well as top down layout for the game so the main focus was that the cars read as such from above
Since we have a beach level I decided to do a beach buggy as a target for that level
For the golf level I created golf carts as targets
The monkey model that went in the jungle level
Trees for level decoration
This was an earlier tree model from before we decided on a low poly cartoon look for the game.
My early attempts at the bird model needed a lot of work
Getting better but still needing some work
Much better look to it.
Obviously any game that has coins needs a custom coin. This could be earning in game as well as by watching ads, or could be purchased. These were used to but extra ammo as well as power-ups
Coin purchase icons

This so far covers the majority of my 3D Modeling, I am now in the process of learning coding in Unity3D so that I can do the majority of the coding myself. I will do a post once I have enough to be worth a post.
Pretty cool to see the prgress
