Pretty nice. Videos. Good to see more Unity and game dev guys! :)

hello fellow developer! it's nice to see you.

Interesting!

thanks!

That was a great video. Your answer was honest and straight to the point. I agree with what you said 100%. If there was a magical easy way to make kick ass games with no programming knowledge, we would all be doing it... lol

hey man thanks 👍
i like how you framed it. no easy way to make kick ass games
and congrats on hitting 100 followers. i hope you get more!

Hey thanks, yeah I will keep at it. As for making a video game, I remember going down that road years ago. I remember trying all of the game creator software I could find. Long story short, I had to learn to program to make my game. Without complete freedom, it's hard to make anything that you are proud of, and those programs pin ya into a little box.

yes indeed programming is important.
you're not making video games anymore? i'm assuming you're more into reviews now. but either way, good luck with what you're doing!

It was more of a hobby for me while I was getting my degree in network security years ago. I might pick it back up again someday. Right now I'm mostly making, Fallout 4 videos.

I agree with all you said, except that absolute beginners should start learning c++, c#, python or something else. I think learning c# with Unity is more fun because you can do a lot more than console and basic window applications.

thanks for stopping by. it's definitely more fun moving around characters in unity, but you probably won't have much depth. you're also gonna be quite limited to only what is in the tutorials. at the end you still gotta be able to code.
