Last night, I learned about something profound - fear setting. All of pop culture, especially self-improvement and self-help, sticks to positivity and defining your goals, etc, etc, etc.

But what if we decided to go the way of the Stoic - to define our fears and coming up with solutions and fixes in case they happen - to alleviate our fears instead. We know what we want, but we are often worried what people will think and do if we change and start doing it - so lets do that.

Especially all of you aspiring game devs. Nobody thinks you can be a game dev for a living, and so we don’t do it. Time to be stoics and make the decisions people are afraid of.
