The dragon that was shot down with an icicle spear by the White Night went underwater. The walkers are supposed to be afraid of water. Remember they were waiting in a huge circle for the ice to hardened.
So who can go down underwater to fastened those gigantic chains to haul up that frozen dragon?! Foul play! RED CARD.!

Yes, I didn't get it either... It was too obvious they would do that and still it doesn't make sense that they were able to take the dragon. It didn't feel right!
