Top Man (タップマン Tappuman) is a Robot master created by Dr.Light and Wily. Top Man was originally constructed to work on other planets in search for energy elements. Top Man is seen mostly in combat in MegaMan3.
Top man uses the spinning wheels attack mostly in the boss fight - 3x spinwheels first flies and then charges against Megaman, this is a pretty easy to dodge. This robot also spins itself and is quite a easy to just jump over it while it charges. It is quite a boss!
