How many tries does it take to kill the Master? Judging from my melee playthrough, quite a bunch! It is quite well-known and documented that there are three ways of destroy the Master, at the end of Fallout 1. There's the stealthy boom way, the talky way and ye olde fashioned way. Here's how many times I died trying to take him down ye olde fashioned way - via pure damage.
