What! My Love of Board Games is Being Integrated Into the Bockchain!?

Well hot dog! I knew this was getting good, but I didn't know it was getting this good. Let's start at the beginning....

Ok, so a few years back, I really wanted to make my own games... Well, hell, maybe way more than just a few years back. It started off with making video games, but after getting really into the card game "Magic the Gathering," I fell in love with card games and some of those more elaborate board games. I eventually decided that I really loved the idea of making my own card games and detailed board games like my wife and I had been playing for a while. With that in mind, I originally searched through Fiverr for gigs that would help me create games from start to finish and I started working with some gentlemen from Brazil on some custom designs, but the really cool stuff is what I feel will be possible through a really cool new video game-like counsel, specific to board games... the PlayTable.

Ok, so after contacting the main creator of the PlayTable, I was told that the system will utilize Unity for the gaming engine, so I immediately started looking into and learning how to use that platform and I have been horsing around with Blender and other 3d modeling software to make my own stuff on it. It might be a little difficult to get use to at first, but I'm excited to make some really cool stuff.. but, aside from just being a badass system, I just found out today that it will be utilizing the Etherium Blockchain, which I thought was really cool. I don't know too much about it, because it's not out yet, but I did reserve my copy about a year ago which I'm really excited about. I think it is supposed to be out at the end of this year. If you like board games and card games like me, I highly suggest looking into it more.
