With the last cycle of EX Raid invites they were invites for the Attack Forme Deoxys. Which has come into the EX Raids since last week. Today there was an EX Raid in the local park in my city. I didn't get an invite for it because I wasn't able to attend the last EX Raid there due to being abroad. When I came back I barely saw any Raids there on Tuesday and Wednesday and didn't do any of the ones I saw. Then that same Wednesday invites were sent out for a new EX Raid there. Which was really fast, as the EX Raid was only the Friday before.
One of the people from my group we take the Houten Schip Gym with almost every day had an EX Raid Pass to invite me with though. Since I had time today to attend the EX Raid he sent me a Pass for it yesterday when we took over the Gym.
So today I went out to that EX Raid with a lot of other people to take it down. It was a really easy fight considering its low Defense stat. I didn't have any of my Pokémon faint during the fight. I was able to catch it. One of the people from our group asked if I could catch it for her son too when I was done catching it. So I gave her my phone to let her catch some wild Pokémon on my Lucky Egg while I tried to catch it for her son. I ended up catching it in the first Great Curveball!
