I obtained 200 VS tokens from my missions during the VS 2018 Event in League of Legends so I decided to get two of the Wolf Orbs for 80 tokens each and then use the remaining 40 to get the Little Wolf Icon and Forsaken Wolf Icon as I like those the most. It's also the main reason I chose to fight for God-King Darius
These orbs contain One random skin shard and then they also have a bonus chance to contain:
- VS Bag (3.5% chance)
- Gemstone (5.4% chance)
- Gemstone skin (0.06% chance)
- Random skin shard of equal value as the guaranteed skin shard (12.5% chance)
From opening my first Wolf Orb I received a Glacial Malphite skin shard and from opening the second one I got a Foxfire Ahri skin shard!! ♥_♥ I absolutely love the Foxfire Ahri skin shard, I've loved the skin the moment it came out, but never got it as I already have two Ahri skins. Now that I have this skin shard I will definitely unlock it permanently once I have enough Orange Essence.
One of my friends managed to get a VS Bag from one of his Orbs and he got like a total of 7 skin shards from his Orbs thanks to that! :O As the VS bag gives 5 skin shards!
Now I'm kinda tempted to buy a pack with 10 or 20 of those Orbs in there for a proper chance to get a VS bag too. These packs cost 2500 or 5000 RP (Riot Points) though, so as I only have 560 RP right now I may not be able to buy some of those Orbs before the event is over. I'll have to see about that.
I do love how Riot gives everyone the opportunity to get some free rewards though by playing the game and completing missions during these kind of events
