There is a new legendary event coming to Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and the reward will be none other than Chewbacca from the original trilogy. I've just returned to the game after a several month hiatus and then this news drops. I'm a pretty happy camper. They have said that the event will be hard and require a team of Bounty Hunters to complete. Right now my Bounty Hunter Squad is a bit lackluster so I will be farming as much gear on them as I can before the event arrives. Assuming the event is similar to old legendary events, I should have a decent chance at getting Chewbacca to 7 stars.
I'm interested to see Chewbacca's kit and see if he will be as impactful as previous legendary event characters such as Thrawn, BB-8, Grand Master Yoda and Emperor Palpatine. I'm also interested to see if the original Millenium Falcon will be added to the game alongside Chewy. There is mention of the ship in the newsletter so it's entirely possible the ship will at least be coming to the game at some point in time.
Pretty excited about all of this and can't wait to learn more information.
