Firstly, and most importantly for fans who watch the weekly games, the start time on Sunday has changed. 'The Countdown' pre-game show will begin at 11:30 A.M. PT. and the first match at 12:00 P.M. PT. This change is to allow people to enjoy the games without the risk of staying up too late before the school/work week begins.
Sounds like a decent change to me, and they've clearly done some research on the decision. The announcement can be found HERE
This change is intended only for the Sunday games, and will continue through season 8, more than likely.
Secondly, Riot made their announcement for Spring Finals tickets. The key take aways here are:
That you will need to register into ticketmaster's 'verified fan' system. This reduces the bots and scammers buying up all the tickets. Register for this by the 18th.
Then tickets go on sale on the 22nd.
