So there's a trending twitter hashtag where 'gamers' tweet out their most memorable games and they're all using google images search because they're a bunch of fakes, so I hopped in and took a pic of my actual 4 favorite games from left to right :D

What are your top 4 games?

This was too good to resist. First off, kudos to you for having such a great collection still in relative tip-top shape.

Second, I was a little surprised to see Chocobo's Dungeon 2, a game I'd never heard of. Why did that one make the list?

Third: as I said, I couldn't resist. Here are my four (although, admittedly it changes a bit based on my moods - played a lot in my time):

(In case you can't see - admittedly not a fantastic pic: 1.Zelda - Ocarina of Time, 2. Zelda- Majora's Mask, 3. Goldeneye, and 4.Kingdom Hearts)

I've played each of these to pieces (beaten them several times each) and I was the absolute master at Goldeneye in my heyday - really wish there'd been a more developed gaming tournament culture back then - and I'd known about it.

Can't say I'm a fan of any of those games, but props for having them at least :D
You can check out my collection if you want on my 2017 Year End Vlogs on YouTube here, I've got tons of stuff and I take very good care of it.

Chocobo's Dungeon 2 was always very elusive for me when I was young, I always rented it from blockbuster because it was so rare and hard to find for purchase and when I finally did get a copy it didn't load the final dungeon so it always left a mark on me until I replayed it as a young adult and finally beat it.

Not too surprised. While the games you listed are pretty cool, none would make my top spots either. I have a theory about this. Back in the day (when we were kids) you had to choose a game system because parents didn't understand why in the world you would need two. The choices were the Nintendo 64 and PS (One) and so people have favorite games based mostly on which console they chose.

That's an interesting story about Chocobo Dungeon 2. So it was as much about the journey to beating the game as the game itself? I had a similar experience with a game called Mischief Makers for the 64, which I didn't get the full ending to until a full half a decade after beating it originally (couldn't get the last jewel I needed from a stupid race - long story).

Anyway, I'll be sure to check out that vlog. Normally I find it hard to comment, but this is something I can get into. Cheers.

No problem! And definitely accurate, haha. Can't say I was ever into nintendo stuff other than the handhelds.

Fair enough :). And agreed on that count. Gameboy (the first one) forever!

Well I don't have the hard copy of the games but my 4 favourites are:
Goldeneye
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
Pokemon originals up to and including the Emerald generation
Super Mario World

Pokemon's good stuff.

I don't have any copy but I bet they are interesting
