E3 2017 brought some awesome trailers and game play samplings to the table that still have the internet abuzz, but there's one title you hardly hear anybody talking about, and that's "Hunt: Showdown".

So just what is Hunt: Showdown?
If you imagine that Crytek took inspiration from Evolve, Resident Evil 4 and PUBG in order to make a demon hunting, zombie blasting heaven within a Gothic setting (think Bloodborne), then you've got a good starting idea of what this game is all about. In Hunt: Showdown, you play in a PvPvPvE environment as a "monster hunter set in the bayous of Louisiana at the end of the 19th century." Redneck, gun-slinging exorcists... if that doesn't get your attention, nothing will!
Honestly, the atmosphere, graphics, and ideas behind this game look amazing for pre-alpha, and I can't wait to hear more about this title as it develops!
