League of Legends - Finally a new client

The new league of legends client is out and it brings with it a lot of welcome change, I think it is great that this change has finally happened because there hasn't been a big client change like this before.
It however isn't perfect and is still in beta stages but I haven't found much wrong with it yet.

Home:

This is the new clients home screen, with the major change to it being the chat but before we get to that there is other smaller changes;

First the buttons to get to each page has moved to the top left rather than right, along with this they actually tell you the page name rather than just having an icon.

You can also view patch notes on the client now rather than having to go to an external page.

You can see the champs on the champion rotation from the home screen, which i think makes it more clear.

The screen for the pick and ban phase also has a new layout but they way everything is done is still the same.

The "social" section is now open permanently down the right side of the page rather than having to open and close it, and the different buttons, like add player and show offline friends, are now at the top of this section rather than the bottom.

However the big change with this section is the chat which they have made a lot of improvements to.

Now rather than having individual tabs for each chat at the bottom of the client, they now have a small chat icon in the bottom right, when clicked it brings out a tab to talk to players. It also has a list of players you have chatted to most recently down the left side, and you can now have as many conversations open as you want going on because of this.

I am so glad that they have added this feature because the old chat system was very clunky, its also useful that it saves your conversations in order of most recently spoken to, because it just makes things a little easier.

Profile:

The profile page doesn't have any major changes, the only real change is the layout which doesn't make a difference, it just looks a little better. The ranked page under profile also has been changed to show the league you are in and position in that league, rather than having to open it.

Collection:

The collection page is the final page that shows you your champions, runes, masteries and spells.

The runes and masteries new pages finally have a new layout which i think was way over due.
The old rune layout looked clumsily placed and there didn't seem to be a reason for the layout, now I think it looks much clearer and definitely fits with the current game nicely.

The masteries haven't had much visually changed, only minor layout changes, there was a few masteries that were removed and a few new ones added however that was a part of the previous patch and not the client change
