PLOT The story begins, when an American civilian passenger plane, was shot down by a missile in the Middle East region. For that, the Alpha Protocol, which is a secret intelligence agency, summoned Michael Thorton and gave him the task of killing Sheikh Ali Shaheed, a leader of terrorist groups based in Saudi Arabia. Because they get information, if Shaheed and its members have attacked the aircraft using US-made missiles. Upon arriving there, Thorton's agents managed to meet Shaheed and force him to speak, but to Shaheed's surprise, if the real person behind the attack was Halbech, an American defense contractor who had given him weapons and targets. Then, shortly after Thoron had finished him Shaheed, he was attacked by another group using missiles, so the Alpha Protocols thought Thorton died for the attack. However, Thorton was safe and he got the information from Mina Tang, if the attack was Halbech members who had already infiltrated the place. Thorton, on the other hand, gets information from one of the informants working for Shaheed, who says that there will be three locations that will be targeted by Halbech. Such as, forming Al-Samad group in Rome, build a missile attack in Moscow, until it will kill the President of Taiwan "Ronald Sung" in Taipei.
