Today I draw your attention to a new release from one of my favorite MUGEN Creators. This is Nuclearman by Bambulin, aka Bam77. This is a stunning character which he has just released for the MugenMultiverse Birthday event. For me, this was an instant download. I hope you all enjoy him as much as I have. I love obscure characters and its always great when a high quality DC character joins our rosters.
