Anthem - Epic Looking Upcoming RPG! 2018

Anthem is an open-world RPG that takes place in a hostile alien world where humanity lives in a giant walled city, Fort Tarsis, living in hiding from the wild beasts that roam the planet.

It is being developed by BioWare, the company which brought you titles such as the Mass Effect and Dragon Age series.

Players take on the role of a freelancer, a group of people that work together acting as guardians of the fort and humanity itself.
The Freelancers wear an exo-suit of armour before heading out into the vast Open-World that is, Anthem!

But one question still remains on everyones minds.. its EA, so will it have a load of micro-transactions and loot boxes that are not only an annoyance, but also nearly a necessity in the games progress and completion like we have seen with the recent backlash from Star Wars Battlefront II.
The latest statement coming from EA's creative director Brenon Holmes that the subject remains "ongoing discussion".

But, anyway lets leave the negative aside for now and hope for the best, as EA have confirmed that your guns and your Javelin will be upgradable and customisable, however exact details are still not yet known.
Apparently the Javelins will have different classes and each class will have its own unique ability, options and equipment!
in the trailer we have seen, jetpacks, jump-packs and cluster grenades so there is already a pretty cool arsenal that we KNOW about just from the Trailer and conference at E3.

As of now, no release-date has been announced with the only available information being that they plan on releasing it in their 2018 Fiscal year.

All we can do for now is pray that it isn't riddled with micro-transactions by then!!! :D
