Some really great games on that list. Especially Shenmue, Jumping Flash and the Shinobi games. I never really gave either of those much of a chance when they were released and would love to revisit them in HD!
If there was a game series I'd like to see remastered or remade it would be the entirety of the King's Field series. With FromSoftware being so popular these days I'm sure tons of people would flock to whatever they released. And let's be honest those games are not exactly the easiest to revisit so a remaster of any kind would be a service to the entire gaming community. :)
