No matter what was taken, both the dynamics and feel of the game are completely different. They can argue theft, but not that people will be confused by their similarities (something the VP claimed later Friday afternoon, that I'm going to post about in the morning.)

I think gamers have the sense to tell the difference, and the fact that gamers now have a choice, and console players have an option, is a beautiful thing.
